Cancel/Modify Order
Once your order is locked for processing once you place it, it cannot be changed or canceled.
We are sorry to inform you that once a personalized order is placed, it cannot be changed because it is locked for processing. Before finalizing the order, please thoroughly verify all the details.
Replacement&Refund
Due to the customized nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item within 30 days of delivery, we can offer a free replacement or a refund if the request meets certain criteria:
- Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
- Wrong item that is different with what you orderede.g., size, color, style.
- Missing item that are lost in transit.
